Hot Springs & Spa at Lost World of Tambun

olla everyone, as promised here is my third post and in this post I am going to focus and share about HotSprings & Spa at Lost world of Tambun. It is advisable to enjoy the HotSprings at Night. If you wish to go in, the cost is only RM 18 per person for adult and kids. Kids below 90cm may go in for free.

I personally found that it is a unique and fun place as not many theme park in Malaysia have HotSprings facilities. On that night we able to enjoy the whole facilities at the place which are the  Infinity Pool, Lost World Steam Cave, Foot Spa, Crystal Spa, Top of the World Pool, The Geyser of Tambun, Crystal Pool and lastly Saphira's Bistro.

Once again great thanks to The Butterfly Projects and Lost world Of Tambun for giving us 30 bloggers to come and experience the fun an amazing hospitalities at Lost World of Tambun!

Do you know that the water in the hot springs at Lost World Hot Springs and Spa come from a natural source and the thermal water in the pool is not recycled? It flows freely through their pool into the Kopisan River thus making this water very hygiene and safe for use.

In the picture we have, (from the left) Sabby, Tammy the mama-san, norfanil, sheila and cik lily Smile

Before we go off, Tammy ask me to accompany her to experience the Steam Cave. It is located at the end of the Infinity Pool. To experience the true spa, the Lost World Steam Cave is great for those looking for a great relaxation around steam treatment. We went in for couple of minutes.

The steam cave which act as a sauna promotes the action of sweating where the toxins and waste are expelled through the pores on the epidermis leaving the dermis clean and refreshed. The high temperature also promotes blood circulation. This encourages new cell growth and skin rejuvenation. Researchers have found that 75% of health problems are due to stress-related issues, leading to many problems like backaches, chest pains, anxiety, insomnia, headache and depression. To help overcome these problems, one can visit the Lost World Steam Cave, to soak and bath in the naturally healthy steam from the hot springs water.

Foot Spa 1

There is also a Foot Spa in the Lost World Hot Springs and Spa. This is a unique pool because it has reflexology pebbles fitted to the floor. Visitors can walk on the pebbles while enjoying the hot springs water soothing their feet. Foot reflexology pebbles is an added therapy while submerging in the hot springs water. Reflexology targets pressure points on your feet and generally helps in stress reduction and also stimulates the lymphatic system thus reducing risk of infection. It cleanses the body of toxins and impurities and also stimulates the production of endorphins, leading to an improved immune system and sense of well-being.

Ayna and Ami had fun enjoying this treatment.

Saphira's Lair 1

This is The Saphira's Lair, it is specially created for children, however adult could enjoy it tooo!  We had so much fun enjoying pure relaxation at Lost World Hot Springs & Spa. The 100% natural mineral hot springs is clean and fresh, the water flowing through the pool continuously from the main source. At an average temperature of 35° C - 56° C.

Containing a myriad of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, calcium carbonate, sodium, sulphate and chloride, just to name a few. These minerals are said to be good for foot and skin problems, arthritis and nervous system. In addition, Hot springs water boosts circulation, detoxifies the lymphatic system, increases the flow of blood supply to the whole body and aids in production & release of endorphins.

More over, we also had scrub and mask session. The scrub and mask main ingredients is Coffee! Since Coffee is famous in Ipoh plus its well known anti oxidant properties. That’s Choulyin holding the mask on her right hand and the coffee scrubs on her left hand. I must say that the scrubs and mask smells sooo heavenly!
