Tips Kurus Mudah dan Berkesan

Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

Harini, illy nak share skit tips untuk kurus selepas bersalin. Before I start, let me remind yang I bukan professional in this line and I am  not even an expert. I just share berdasarkan personal experience. Harap dapat bantu inspire korang mana tau korang pun boleh try. Kalau nak tengok latest pic and pic lama2 illy boleh jengok kat my instagram kat bawah ni.

Yang paling penting, ada kemahuan dan usaha yang consistant insya Allah… you boleh dapat bentuk badan yang korang idamkan. Illy pun still lagi nak kurus dalam 5kg. Yakin boleh! Yang paling penting kita rasa sihat.

Nak kurus ni dia kena kuat semangat dan paling penting sekali bagi illy adalah jangan putus asa. Sebab kita guna cara paling laid back. Kalau nak cepat, banyak cara lain. Yang illy share ni adalah cara yang paling berkesan untuk kurus badan yang illy sendiri alami. Harap boleh bantu inspire korang semua. Nak kurus tak semestinya makan benda yang tak best jer, boleh jer nak makan apa korang suka tapi yang penting…. hehehe jeng jeng jeng.. tengok lah video ni sebab nak tulis panjang sangat illy decide share dalam my latest youtube tips series.

p/s : Breastfeeding helps greatly untuk kuruskan badan. Hebat aturan Allah. Terbaik for ibu dan juga bayi. Bagi yang ada masalah kesihatan tak dapat nak breast feeding, jangan sedih k? Bole cuba tips2 yang illy share dalam video tu. Insya Allah, illy doakan korang pun berjaya dapat berat badan ideal. Amin

  6. Im petite. Memang lucky tak nampak besar but now bila baby dah 1 yr++ terasa buncit perut ni. Down jugak. Kena buat sesuatu.
