I am so happy today as I will be sharing with you on something awesome. As a mother, I became more conscious of what I consume and what my family consume. I mean as much as it is a cliché that all mother want the best for their family, it is a true fact. Living in this current world, I personally prefer to opt for non-chemical enriched products.

I also understand the pain of trying to look for good products. For me, it must be free from chemical (of cause), easily accessible (meaning I don’t have to drive super far to get them) and also cost effective. I am not a multi-million dollar blogger (yet) so, which ever give a good value to my penny is most welcome.

So, today I like to introduce you to Green Wellness. It solved all my issues related to stocking up for healthy goods! Apart from that, actually I also noticed they sold all kind of products from personal care to vitamins and many more.

To keep my sanity at office, I like to indulge in a good cup of tea. Glad to see they have great selections of Organic Tea as well.

 

and snacks!! yeay for healthy and yummy snacks. Now that I am pregnant with my second child, I tend to snack on healthier options. You can actually drop some into your cereal or oat to make it taste even yummier. Cant help but to noticed the affordable pricing as well. To be honest, some shop sell healthy snack at a price of hard to be reached. Happy to see it is sold at affordable cost here.

My tea bags all 75 tea bags  and I have Chamomile Tea, Green Sencha Tea and Roasted Dandelion Tea. These tea are made in Australia and it is also organic. It could last me up to 3 months if I drink 1 bag a day at work.

 

My 2 year old girl Sofea used to love eating vegetables when she was younger and now that she able to have more selections of food, she likes to skip them. Heart pain!! I used all kind of tricks to ensure she get enough nutrients and fibre for her body. Some of the trick involved smoothies, sneaking in chopped veggies into her meal and also fruit popsicles. Well, now I have another bullet. HAHAHAHA these is Superfood Puff by Organic Happy Baby. The cute looking snacks are healthy option for kids as it contained veggie, fruits and grain.
