Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

How are you today? Hope it is not to late to wish Selamat Hari Raya. Actually during bulan puasa it have been a ritual from my dad punya family side buat gathering at Masjid Wilayah untuk buka puasa together and then solat tarawikh together. We also tend to do pot luck so we get to share our buka puasa meal together.

This round, illy decided to masak Sambal Petai Udang dan sotong. Illy dapatkan stock seafood dari Nikudo Seafood. Mesti korang pernah dengar kan? Takpe bagi yg tak familar later illy cerita pasal Nikudo Seafood. Skang ni illy nak share resepi dulu. Jom, shall we?

Resepi Sambal Petai Udang dan Sotong

Bahan- Bahan :-

Bawang besar, bawah putih – blend

Ikan bilis segengam – blend

Cili giling/ Chili paste

Garam, Gula, minyak

Udang

Sotong

Petai

Cara Memasak :-

1) Mula- mula panaskan minyak then masuk bawang, tumis sampai wangi. Then masuk ikan bili yang dah blend.

2) Then masukan cili then masak sampai pecah minyak. Masukan pula petai.

3) Masukan Sotong Nikudo Seafood.

5) Then masukan isi udang dari Nikudo Seafood. Kemudian letak garam and gula secukup rasa, masak dan siap!

Mudahkan? Actually jadi lagi mudah dan sedap sebab pakai barangan dari Nikudo Seafood. Tak payah pening nak pilih, semnua kualiti terjamin dah siap siang lagi tu. Tinggal nak basuh and nak potong jer. Harga pun teramat berpatutan. Kedai dia di SS2 kat situ lagi ada macam- macam pilihan. Barangan top quality dengan harga berpatutan. Sesuai lah ni kalau korang nak buat open house or makan-makan. Nak buat stock kat rumah pun okay.

Illy kekadang tu seram tengok video kat facebook kat youtube, ada udang cucuk pakai chemical macam – macam ish seram lah.. Beli dari Nikudo Seafood ni rasa terjamin jadi tak pyaha risau sebab dorang memang tak pakai chemical untuk awet memang tak pakai sodium borate. Sebenar nya boleh rambang mata kalau tengok apa pilihan yang ada, seriusly macam – macam. All kind of treasures from the sea. Kalau nak buat steamboat pun best hehe… Nak tengok apa yang illy dapatkan dari Nikudo Seafood?

Isi Sotong – 500 gram, dah siap siang bersih. Mudahkan kerja nak memasak. Bagi yang berkerja boleh buat stock kat rumah. Balik kerja dah boleh defrost pastu masak.

Dumpling pun ada!! Bukan seafood jer.. Yang ni Japanese Chicken Dumpling, Japanese Chive Dumpling dan Japanese Prawn Dumpling. Tak sabar nak kukus dumpling ni.. goreng pun sedap!!

Currey Stuffed Crab and Cheese Stuff Crab pun ada juga.. Illy dah cuba aritu buat breakfast untuk sofea the Cheese stuff Crab sedap yang amat.

Ni pula isi udang dah siap buang kulit dan juga tempura prawn. hehe nak rasa? Jemput lah beraya ke rumah. Takpun pergi jer lah Nikudo Seafood kat situ macam- macam ada korang boleh pilih..
