Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

Today I would like to share a simple recipe. I name it Salmon Balls + Spinach. It is a great idea to sneak veggies into your kids meal hahaha also it is great for snacks or as finger food during occassions. You may also do them in big batch then froze them so that you can enjoy them whenever you feel like doing so. It is a healthier options for snacks because it contained no preservative and also you will get all the good nutrients from salmon and spinach. I actually got inspired to create the recipe after watch the “Chef Mail Masak Bersama Pensonic 2017” show. As mentioned in my earlier post, the 8 episodes will be aired on TV3 every Mondayfrom 6.00pm to 6.30pm. Without further ado, let’s get on to the recipe!

2) Blend the salmon skin using food processor or a blender. The aim here is to prepare them for moulding later on.

7) Since I have this Chef’s Like Airfryer by Pensonic I use it to air fry the salmon balls. It is super easy as I dont have to worry about oil spills and it is also very healthy as no oil is needed to fry the salmon balls. Yeay! I just set it to 160 celcious and let it do its job for 10 minutes.

Taaa daaa…. it is now done! Simple right? Just a tips for the salad you may use greek youghurt as the dressing instead of mayo as it would be a healthier option. Nyum!!
