Verthys Paris Enliven Serum and Complex |Review|

Hope you are doing great today. I just like to share my humble opinion over this new range that I have tried. It is called Verthys Paris Supple which is a serum and also a face cream. It is my first time encounter with this brand. I have tried it for around 3 weeks and quite excited to share with all of you.

The product come in a clinical design feel with yellow and white box while the product container is in white and gold. It gave the impression of a professional care and look promising. If only the container is in frosted glass that would be even better. However, I am not going to dwell over it because it does not really determine if the product is efficient or not.

This is how both product looks like in a closer view. As written on the packaging this range aim is it make your skin supple. I really don’t mind having supple face hehe.. .

The serum come with a pump diffuser which is awesome because I dont have to worry over spillage. Incase you are wondering, as usual I will check the ingridient list to know what are the active ingridients and what it can do to help my skin.

Found out that they used Sodium PCA. Sodium PCA is a naturally occurring component of human skin and a part of the "natural moisturizing factors" (NMF) that maintain a healthy epidermis. How it works is that, it iss very hygroscopic, attracting moisture from the air. Meaning it will keep your skin hydrated.

This is how the serum look like. A clear liquid mimic water. The consistency is more silky and “soapy”. I like that the serum is not very thick as it makes it easier to absorb into my skin. I do noticed that they include parfum in the formulation, dont really think it is nessecary but the smell is not too bad.

I just need to use one pump and it is all good for my whole face. I prefer to use it with a cotton pad and dap it using upwards movement. I tend to experience tingling sensation if product contain dimethiconol. Glad that this serum do not sting on mine. I noticed it helps to provide hydration it promised.

This Supple Enliven Serum is currently retailing at RM288 for 30ml of liquid.

The next product is a face cream. It is Vethys Paris Supple Enliven Complex. It comes in a smart looking container. As you can see in the picture they do put effort when it come to praticality of the dispenser. This is the part I really like. Instead of scoping the cream out using your finger and exposed it to potential contimination. All you need to do is just press the top part and the cream will come out form the center of the container. This will totally keep the product sterile and totally clean.

When I saw the ingridient list of this cream, I was like “wahhhh so many active ingridients!!” The one that I like the most is the usage of Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Extract. It is actually come from a very rare swiss apple stem cell and it is well known for its powerful anti aging properties. I felt like winning a lottery when I saw it in the ingridient list haha..

It is advised to use this cream right before using your moisturizer and sun protection. As for the texture it is creamy but still considered light weight. Does not leaving my skin feeling greasy and I prefer this cream smell compare to the serum from the same range. I am satisfied with this cream and dont really have any complain over it.

This cream is retailing at RM308 for 30ml of cream.
