ZELL–V Family Go Healthy Carnival

Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

Right before puasa start, my family and I went to this Family Go Healthy Carnival that was hosted at Zell-V Wellness Hub. I received the invite from Chow Chun Peng the Sales & Marketing Manager of Zell-V. The place is not new to our family. We stayed in the same building for 2 weeks during my confinement 1 year ago after giving birth to Zandria. In case you are wondering it is the same building as Kimporo Postnatal Center.

The event was held 3 days 11,12 and 13 MAy 2018. Start from 10am-10pm. There are fees charged and there are two type of entry fee. For individual it is RM50 per pax you get to pick two health screenings and was informed that it cost up to RM600. So, it is a good deal. They also have like a family package where you pay RM100 and this can admit 4 person. For family package it include 4 health screenings value up to RM1200. My husband and I go for the family package.

I went in, and then saw a kids station. Yeay!! I think it is quite thoughful to have kids station by Kimporo Children Care at the event. I mean kids get to enjoy their own activity while parents go for the health screening. My daughter Zandria instantly clicked with the kakak. So manja hahahaha…

I received two food coupons, then also four health screening coupons. We need to surrender the coupons to which ever station that we are going. They have many stations on that day since they offer around 15 health screening. From scalp test to skin test to blood test.

First, my husband and I went for the cell check station.

We are requersted to fill up a form so they can to understand our condition better and then a blood sample was taken from our fingers. I was nervous as I dont really fancy being poke by needle. However, the procedure took less than 3 seconds and it feel like being bitten by ant so nothing major.

There are also section to check Brain Function Analysis and also DISC Personality test for your to understand more about yourself. I did not do this test, my husband and I focus more on physical well being this round.

Result came up. It seems by red blood blood is not at the best condition.

I am having RBC Aggregation at stage 2 which means it could result to pre-mature aging, fatigue and few other not so favourable condition. I was advised to take supplement and also to excercise more and to eat healthier to ensure my red blood cells are in healthy condition. My husband have the same result as mine. It is a wake up call. We are glad that we went for the check up so we can see with out own eyes of our current condition and we can do something about it.

We also did the Bio Resonanse Test to get more details of our body health condition. We told to stand on a machine that looks very similar to a weighing machine. Instead of measuring our body weight it calculated other body condition.

MY GOD want to pengsan! hahahaha my body age is 18 years older than my actual age. Result shown that my muscle is not much, my bmi are in red, my viseral fat also not good. The only thing that are normal and good is my BMR (Body Metabolic Rate). When I thought, I have done my best to eat healthy and be as active.. haihhh.. its okay atleast I found out the truth. This give me more motivation to focus more on my health and my family health.

After done with the health test, we went to redeem food vouchers before heading back. It is a good experience getting to know our health condition.
