Pump up your day with Upbeat Fragrance for the Music |Mary Kay Perfume Review|
Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!
We are at the second half of the year now and in less than couple of months it is going to be new year again. So, how is everything at your end? I hope everything goes as plan, do remember to take time to pump up your life with lots of positivity and love.
What I like to do to lift up how I feel is by wearing a nice perfume. Like music, scents have this magical way to instantly change our mood and lift up our spirit. Talking about that, I would to introduce you to Upbeat™ for Her Eau de Toilette.
It is a nice, scent created with lots of fun in the background. It actually celebrate people’s love for music. This fragrance have an amazing blend of the best world of fruity and woody scent.
I mean we all know that a good fragrance have 3 types of notes. The opening notes for Upbeat start with a spirit lifting scents of red berries, sweet nectarine (apricot) ans also sparkling apple. Apart from smelling berrylicous, it also will give a boost of excitement.
The middle note also called the backbeat, is made out of jasmine rose ( I love anything involving roses), wild honeysuckle and muguet. To me is just kicks in the femine scents all in one. I mean, how can you not love scent of flowers right?
The end note also known as the finish, is back up by the smell of patchouli, skin musk, amber and agarwood. To be honest, I am not a fan of a woody part of the pallete but this time it is exceptional just cause it blend so well with the rest of scents. Like it triggered my curiousity over other woody scents haha
Upbeat Perfumer’s Inspiration: “I envisioned a flirty, fun-seeking, energetic girl. I wanted to create a fragrance for her similar to the evolution of a song – starting with a captivating, sparkling introduction that builds into a chorus, revealing a deeper soul and vibe to the creation.” – Linda Song, creator of Upbeat™ for Her Eau de Toilette.
I think Linda Song hit the right spot of my sense. I can’t help but to notice her last name is Song. How cute is that? It matches with the fragrance theme. Anyway, joking aside… This new Upbeat™ for Her Eau de Toilette are available on the market just recently on July 1, 2016 and it cost RM 89 for a good 60ml. How’s that for value for money? I personally think it is worth it.
I also like the glass container and the engaving on the bottle. Almost like a tear drop shape it is just stunning. I think is nice to be presented as a gift to you friend or even for yourself. After all, everyone need a little of happy upbeat pump into their live once in awhile.
