Mon Cheri Uplifting Collagen Gel - Review

If having healthy and younger-looking skin is your priority, then I have an amazing product to share. Introducing Mon Cheri Uplifting Collagen Gel. I have been trying them out for 10 days and really love the effect it has on my skin so far. 

This brand is not new to me. In fact, I remember writing a review about their Essentials Skincare set back in 2015. After that, I also tried their lipstick range and suncreen. Do you know that they have a counter in Parkson One Utama Mall? 

I personally like the brand not only because it is so pretty to look at but also its effectiveness. Mon Cheri means my dear, just so you know. I think it telly with its dreamy Parisian aesthetic. Super sweet and pleasing to the eyes. I mean having a product that works is great but having them in a packaging that looks cute on your vanity is even better! 

Let's jump right into the review. Here you can see the consistency is gel-like. The scent is light, which is great. I don't really prefer product that has strong scents. The color of the product is light pink, match with the container. You can use the spatula, which is provided. This is good as it helps to reduce the contamination rate. 

The gel felt cold when applied onto the skin and it is something that I look forward to. I really enjoy having a cool sensation as applying my skincare. You can also put them in the chiller if you want it to feel even colder. 

This product work like a sleeping mask, you spread a thin layer on a clean face. Then you let it do its magic while you enjoy your beauty sleep. As you wash your face in the morning, you can instantly felt the result even after 1-night application. My skin felt like a baby butt the next day and I couldn't be happier haha..  

Taaa daa.. cute right? Felt like scooping some jelly. The texture really remind me of it haha.. This pink gel actually jam-packed with all the collagen goodness. Thanks to all the key ingredients. Will share more about it shortly. 

This is how the packaging looks like. The top cover is secured and hygienic. The tube cost RM135 and you'll get 50ml. I really think that the price is worth it for its content. 

The bottom line for any skincare would be the ingredients. Rest assured, you'll get your pennyworth. I mean they are using Jellyfish extract as one of the main ingredients. This is so smart because Jellyfish active collagen has a smaller molecular weight and has extremely high absorption, which is 40 times that of ordinary collagen. Mon Cheri Uplifting Collagen Gel also contains Soluble Collagen & Caprooyl Tetrapeptide. Don't think I need to explain further about soluble collagen. Who don't love collagen? It helps to retain moisture, improve skin condition, and delay aging. On the other hand, Caprooyl Tetrapeptide is a powerful anti-aging ingredient because of its repairing properties. It is also a familiar ingredient in many luxurious skincare.
