Hair Removal at Premier Clinic Review
How are you? Hope 2015 have been kind to you so far. I’m feeling great and today I would like to share with you my experience getting my “manly” moustache off the grid. Haha.. Yes, thanks to my gene and it is quite tough to admit but I do have quite a manly moustache… euwww! Good thing is I’m gonna say bye bye to it permanently.
So last couple of weeks, I was invited to try out a beauty treatment offered by Premier Clinic. Since I already did quite a number of aesthetics treatment before, so this time around my main concern is my “mr.potato’s moustache”. If you are wondering what other treatments offered, you can easily go to premier clinic website to check out. I will link it towards the end of this blogpost. To name a few, they provide treatment for saggy skin, fat reduction, Fractional CO2 Laser, they even offer treatment for nail fungal infection to vaginal rejuvenation.
One of the main reason, I decided to go for this treatment at Premier Clinic is because of the location. Super near to my house! It is located at 31, Jalan Wan Kadir 2, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 6000 Kuala Lumper. They also have another outlet at Bangsar. Just incase you need the address, it is at 40 Jalan Telawi, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.
Check out the clinic interior. Sleek and comfortable, just the way I like it. I was also lead to the waiting room and I like the privacy and the atmosphere. There is a tv there for you to chillax while waiting. Apart from that, I also saw this big file where all the compilations of media coverage were in there. I found out doctors in Premier Clinic also involved in charity work. Good to know.
Say hello to my doctor of the day. His name is Dr. Kee Yong Seng. It was a pleasant experience to be consulted by him. I like how he is very professional while explaining the procedure. He also provide me with a realistic expectation. Since, I am going for permanent hair removal he explained that I might need 4-5 times treatment in order to achieve my goal. He also shared about the machine that going to be used for my session.
Two machines were involved for my treatment. The first one was the “Gentle Yag Long Pulse 1064” and the second machine is the “Dynamic Cooling Device”. For Gentle Yag Long Pulse 1064, helps to treat all skin types for hair removal, including tanned skin, and offers unmatched Nd: YAG treatment capabilities in permanent hair reduction, vascular lesions, wrinkles, and more. The system has also received FDS clearance for skin tightening which uses the variable pulse technology only available on the new VP systems. For Dynamic Cooling Device, the name says it all. It helps to cool off my skin right after the laser treatment.
Like most of the asthetic treatment procedure, numb cream were applied to the designated region. As for my case, numb cream were applied to my “moustache” area as well up to below my chin. After 15-20 minutes, once the numb cream does it magic Dr. Kee came in to perform the procedure.
Thanks to the numb cream, I don’t feel pain. The only thing I felt was just very minimum and trust me it is bearable. The procedure took less than 15 minutes as I recall. Done! Wanna see the before and after result? Check out my “moustache free” look.hahaa No more mr.potato’s moustache yeeehaaaaa!!!
