Senarai Semak Checklist Persiapan Baby Baru Newborn dan Berpantang Confinement

 

Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

I have anxiety attack during the recent weekend. Like I felt suffocated that I cant breath. Talk to my husband then dia cakap it might be cause I want everything to be done right now. Hence, the anxiety. The thing about me, I dont like uncertainty, I like it when everything is well planned it would be great if I have the ittinerary to everything. But life is all about uncertainty hahhaha so how? padan muka right?

As per my recent plan is to go for Kimporo Postnatal Centre. Then my husband advised me to opt for malay traditional approach for postnatal care instead. I followed his advice, after all he wanted the best for me. Anyway, we are still contemplating on which centre to go as the one that provide malay traditional care are very limited. I have done some research about it, maybe I’ll share what I found then consolidate it for you for future reference. Also did a research about mid-wife or care lady during confinement I’ll do the comparison table soon.

Today, I just like to share my Senarai Semak Checklist Persiapan Baby Baru Newborn dan Berpantang Confinement. Please take note that we all have different body condition and preferance. What I listed down below, are what I personally want and need for my baby and me. Our list might be different as we are all unique individuals.
