Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

What a great time to be living in. Our life truly revolve around technology and gadgets and I’m not just talking about smart phone. Today, I would like to share with you a review interesting products by MEDISANA and why I think they are a must-owned. The product is an activity tracker called ViFit Connect MX3. The one I am wearing in the picture above is obviously the activity tracker. Since, I am also running out of things to say in this intro, let’s just jump straight to the review.

It comes in a box like so. If you are wondering why there is only one unit of black strap while the red and blue have 3 units, it is because I am wearing the other two of the black straps. Don’t have to worry if it would be too loose or too tight since each colour comes with two adjustable bands.

Side pic of the packaging. Owh ya, don’t forget to download the VitaDock app which is available on both iPhone App Store and Google Play. You need it to upload, track and monitor your data.

The back of the box mentioned that it helps to track steps, distance, burned calories, activity time in hours and daily target in %. This gadget also helps to track movement activity during sleep and the duration of sleep. You load all your data via Bluetooth to your phone and use the VitaDock app to explore more. This product is sold worldwide (hence why the packaging comes in many languages) and it is manufactured using German technology. It is currently selling at RM244.00. You can get this from Lazada via Medisana Offcial Store at http://bit.ly/VifitMX3_Lazada.

Should have asked my husband to be the hand model. LOL Anyways, this is how it looks like once you put it on.

The back of the device states that the Vifit MX3 is powered by lithium-polymer battery. Speaking from personal experience, this device is very low maintenance. Once I have it fully charged, it could last me up to more than a week, even by loading my data daily to the app.

Tried the blue strap. Not too bad either hehe.. My daily step target is 5000k, and glad to have ViFit connect MX3 to help me track my fitness goals. I am a mom, who work full-time, study part-time, blog part-time and really don’t have much time allocation for gym. No time to even stare at the walls. The best I can do for now is to walk around the mall during my lunch time HAHAHA.. I found it way safer than walking in open spaces. Safe to also say, if you are lost in One Utama Mall then you know who to call for help. *wink wink*

Brought it to the beach the other day and validated the claim that it is indeed water resistant!

clip_image009

Why the heck other people run on the beach look so stylo but I look like a retarded monkey T.T To be honest, I have been using free apps to track my movement before. However, I realized that it is not very accurate as there were times where I did left my phone idle. Like for example when it is charging or when I’m running on the beach. Hence, it is better to invest in activity tracker for accuracy.

Brought my ViFit Connect MX3 with me to the park. While running around chasing my kids and spending time to bond with them, the device helps to track calories burnt. At night it helps me to track my sleep, even movement while sleeping duration is recorded too.

In conclusion, this device is basically an extension of my body. It follows me everywhere. I don’t have anything unpleasant to say about it. I am a happy consumer and would like to invite you to try it as well.

Alright, we are at the end of this post. Thank you for spending your time to read this. I hope you find them informative if you are in the market to purchase one. Till next blogpost. Don’t forget to take it easy and smile!
