Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana (Review)

When is the last time you enjoyed a Mediterranean beach holiday? Well, no worries if it have been ages or you havent done so I havent done so either.. hahaha.. The last time I had a close encounter with relaxing beach escape (not mediterranean, I wish I am that rich.. hey.. our local beach is awesome tooo okay?) is more than a year ago…. Gosh missing it badly T.T

Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue perfumes – Escape to Panarea (Women)

 

Anyway, thanks to Dolce & Gabbana. They came out with this light blue perfume and just by a few spritz you got sensation as the Mediterranean beach vacation you needed.That exactly how I felt when I smell the perfume. I noticed a very delightful aroma came from these two bottles. I must point it out that the feeling came from the nice hint of an oceanic scent.

I try my very best to explain these two bottles. To me, the Light Blue's opening is very fresh--citrus without a lot of sweetness. Strangely, even though it's not listed in the notes, I could detect a hint of sea in it too, making it almost aquatic, but it was very faint and it was quickly enveloped by other notes. As it develops, it becomes sweeter and more mellow. Sweet lemon, apple, bamboo and cedar are still detected after a few hours. Longevity is good. Do bear in mind that the longevity tend to varies depending on how your body reaction towards it.

Overall, it's very lovely and I can see why it's very popular perfume. If I have to describe the scent succinctly it'd be "sweet sea smell". I've always loved sea smell and I really love how it mixes in this one, and I'm quite excited when I got it and yes, my hubby is excited as well
