LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort - Hotel Review (Round tour video included)
How are you doing so far? As promised earlier in my other post (here), today I will share with you my experience checking in Legoland Malaysia Resort. Ever since the resort opened, I always wanted to come and visit. I heard about other people’s experience before and I’m so happy that finally able to check out with my own eyes.
For a lego fan, it is absolutely a must go place. Even if you are not a hardcore lego fan like me, let’s just say you might be converted as soon as you step in at their beautiful lobby. There is a big castle and a giant ship playground at the lobby. Very2 children friendly and family oriented hotel. While waiting, you can get your partner to play lego with your kids. You see the square pillar in the picture? You can take up lego that were provided and play with it while waiting. Interesting huh?
I do take a simple video at the reception while I’m at my que trying to check In. Just incase you want to check it out, click play below :
They have 3 type of theme room which are the Kingdom Room, Adventure Room and the Pirate Room. Each theme you have an option to go for premium type or the deluxe type of room. As for deluxe room, it can sleep up to 8 persons (Maximum 4 Adults per room). While for premium room, it can sleep up to 5 persons (Maximum 3 Adults per room). Not bad huh?
This is the interesting part! I also took a video of the room round tour, so you can see how awesome it is! Hahahaha.. ya by the way, my room was the pirate theme. It was just so pretty awesome.
Check out the nice comfy bed and the amount of detailing involved. From the floor to the wall up to the ceiling was in line with the theme. So cute! Ai ai captain..
This lil guy over here is made out of lego tooo.. and yes.. he is also one of the décor in my room. So creative huh?
I found it very thoughtful of the hotel management to provide and instruction on how to operate the air cond. Ya, truth to be told, sometime I struggle to figure out how to adjust air cond level whenever I check in to hotels. Another plus point for Legoland.
The room also provide activities for your child. My daughter is too small to be able to enjoy it, so my hubby and I decided to enjoy it ourself hahaha… In the room you will find this green box filled with Lego bricks. Not just that, at the kids section you will also locate a treasure chest. They provide a clue on how to solve the mystery and once you got it all right, it will reveal a secret code and it is actually a code to open your treasure chest.
Check out what they have in the treasure chest. It makes a nice souvenirs too. We have a good experience staying at the hotel. Anyway I was expecting for a bath tub, but it is not there. Its okay for me because the awesomeness of the room makes bathtub the least of my concern. Did I mention that kids section equipped with their own tv, which means parents get to enjoy their own show without worrying the kids would conquer the tv.. haha For internet savvy parents, don’t worry as once you check in the reception will provide you will wifi password where you get to utilise during your stay there.
The next morning, we woke up early because we are so excited to enjoy and explore Legoland Themepark. Before we do that, we went to Bricks Family Restaurant to enjoy the breakfast buffet. It is located at the ground floor and very easy to find. Check out the colourful entrance. It sparks up the fun and cheerful ambiance.
I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the food that much as I am occupied with my 6 months old baby sofea. Like many other restaurant visit, my hubby and I always take our turn to eat. So the other party could entertain our baby. This time around, my hubby was in charged to take the food and I’m in charged to hang out with baby sofea. Fun task I must say.. haha.. Amyway, this they also provide a baby seat so you don’t have to worry about that.
I prepared food for my baby from home and chill it in our room refrigerator. So, baby sofea get ot enjoy mummy’s home cook baby puree. I know this is not related but I also took a video of my baby eating the food. I think she loves it haha.. (by know you might have noticed that I am obsessed with her).
So, that’s about it. I hope you like this post and I hope that you find it helpful. I’m trying my very best to give you more insight of what Legoland Malaysia Resort have to offer. For me personally, it a nice trip and we created lots of fun memories there. About the rates, do check out their website for the latest rate and current promotion.
