LASEMD Lutronic Skin Laser Treatment Review |Aessence Clinic & Medispa|
Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!
I have been to quite a number of laser and facial treatment in the effort to have the best skin condition. From all the session, I learned that laser and facial is more like a continous effort. It is like showering, you need to shower frequently on a schedule. You cant like go one time and expect everything will be magically great after that and it will last forever. You need to continue maintaining your skin condition. There are many types of laser treatment and each for different concern. There are CO2 Lasers, Erbium Lasers,Pulsed-Dye Lasers,Fractional Lasers and IPL (intense pulsed light). I would suggest for you to consult your doctor or even do some reading on which type of laser treatment that would be applicable for your concern the most.
It is very important to consult a professional when it comes to laser. In the hands of a highly trained, knowledgeable professional, laser resurfacing is a safe way to dramatically improve your skin’s appearance. In the hands of a poorly trained individual, lasers can be ineffective or even dangerous. My top tips for you, please choose a laser center based on an individual’s experience, training, and qualification. Just like a car, if you give a good car to a skilled driver compare to a person who have very limited experience driving. I hope I get my point accross.
Today I would like to share with you my experience going for LASEMD Lutronic Skin Laser Treatment at Aessence Clinic & Medispa. I went to the clinic 3 times. The first 2 session I did the LASEMD Lutronic Skin Laser Treatment and the final session I went for Pro Facial Treatment. Aessence Clinic & Medispa that I went was at Pacific Place, next to Evo Mall. You can easily google them out for the location. Dont worry about parking as there are many parking spots available. If you dont feel like driving, there is also a nearby MRT station that is within walking distance.
This is where I meet Dr.Chin. I felt very honnoured to be taken care by him as he is the past President of the Malaysia Society of Aesthetic Medicine, member of the Malaysian Medical Association, life member of the Society of Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine Malaysia and faculty member of the Academy of Family Physicians Malaysia in offering its postgraduate dermatology course. I totally knew that I am in a good hand.
This is the LASEMD Lutronic machine. The treatment that I went was designed to improve the overall appearance of aging (due to sun exposure) and damaged skin. By using this machine it will restore your skin with nutrients to repair and rejuvenate. The Lasemd system has also been designed to maximize comfort levels, the fast procedure delivers the laser energy through extremely small micro-beams ensuring that the treatment will be easily tolerated with or without anesthesia. I did my session with out the need of anesthesia and not much pain as it is totally bareable.
I was informed that the name of the treatment is baby Skin Facial Laser Treatment. Treatment start by double cleansing my face. I like the massage session during the cleansing. Skin felt squeaky clean and now ready for next step.
After cleansing my face, microdermabrasion cream were applied on my skin. If you have clogged pores then you may benefit the most from this microdermabrasion treatment. Since I wear make up on daily basis, even when I clean my face daily and scrub twice a week it is still great to have it professionally done. The two main differences between doing microdermabrasion at-home treatments or at a clinic is that the machines used in a clinic tend to have larger motors and more power, and they penetrate deeper into the skin to provide accurate exfoliation.
After that, the most awaited Skin Laser Treatment using LASEMD Lutronic starts. What I like the most about this laser treatment is that it do not have downtime. I dont have to worry about clearing my schedule after the treatment as I get get back to my acitivites even right after the session. Very minimum redness that disappear after around 1 hour.
During the session this VC AMPOULE (ASCORBIC ACID) also commonly known as Vitamin C are being placed at the machine and it vibrates. A portion of the liquid was applied to my face during the treatment and I was given the whole bottle to be used back home as an after care. I personally used it right after I applied my serum. I like that it makes my skin felt replenished and well taken care off. I would say that my skin complexion improved after 2 sessions, but it is best to consult doctor on how many session needed as it totally depending on your current condition and what is your goal. Each session cost around RM700 but you can contact the clinic directly to check on current promotion and package that they offer.
Pro Facial Treatment Review
For my third visit, I tried the Pro Facial Treatment. This is how the treament room looks like. Very comfortable and clean. They also play good music that you can enjoy while having your treatment.
By now,I lost count the number of machines that I have took a selfie with haha. You can check out the next pic and video in my insta post. Just incase you want to check out how it works and the kind of process involved.
Just sharing the closer look of the machine.
Like always the first step is cleansing the face.
It is relaxing, it does not involved any painful procedure at all. Even the extraction was done by a vacumm machine. I am glad that I dont have to hold my tears unlike the traditional way of extraction. The pinch methods are the one that make me hesitate to do it often. My husband actually very happy when I told him that this machine able to extract using vacum instead of pinching haha.. He is actually interested to join me for next session.
Next this IPL treatment is done. If you are wondering what is IPL, it is a short form for Intense Pulsed Light ( Photorejuvenation ) IPL skin rejuvenation, also known as photorejuvenation, is a non-invasive treatment designed to stimulate and encourage healing and regeneration of the skin through the application of a broad-spectrum light.
Again, I have done quite a number of IPL treatment before but I personally like this machine as it does not give me headache during the treatment. The reason being is the because of the shape of the device. There are devices I tried before where I need to put on a sunglass and the lights blinks keep on beaming from a big flat surface like a mini MRI. I hope I explain it clearly. But ya, the light can cause a temporary headache for me. This device on the other hand are nicely shaped and it the lights are efficiently directed to my skin instead of splattering all around from a distance.
After that, I enjoyed a mask before the treatment ended. The cost of this treatment is RM160 and if you would like to add Vitamin C you can top up RM20. I would suggest this treatment as a maintainance after your laser treatment or as a once a month care. It is very afforable and given with the kind of service you will get it is very worth it.
That’s it for today. I hope you find this blogpost useful if you considering which treatment to go for in the future. Thank you for spending your time to read this. Always remember that beauty is skin deep, in pursuit of a flawless skin dont forget to always spread happiness. Since the most beautiful face is a happy face. Till next time, bye!
