Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

Kids are just playful and would spend as much time playing. I personally prefer my kids to play educational toys that will encourage their creativity and imagination and benefits their development process. This is why my husband and I chose Play-Doh. My husband is not the type of person who will approve any toys easily. He plays the strict parent role. Let me give you a glimpse of his parenting style. Our house is not allowed to switch on the TV unless it is weekend. ya.. That’s right. However, he has no issues with Play-Doh. I guess it is because Play-Doh is known as a teaching tool to develop kids’ communication skills, motor skills, sensory experience, and creativity.

PlayDoh Review

My daughter loves playing with Play-Doh and she actually can’t stop smiling every time I bring home an additional set for her. Even her younger sister is showing interest. What I love about Play-Doh is that all of this hands-on exploration can benefit my kids’ Communication Skills, Motor Skills, Sensory Experience, and Creativity.

Let’s see what’s in the Play N Store Table playset!

PlayDoh Review

My girl is trying hard to hide her happiness over the items that can be found in the box! Look at those colourful Play-Doh cans! Items includes Play 'n Store Table, presser, scissors, 9 animal cutters, 4 shape cutters, 6 stampers, 2 dishes, 2 cones, extruder with rail, plate, knife, fork, spoon, & 8 cans of Play-Doh Modelling Compound.

PlayDoh Review

We ended up spending time playing with the Play-Doh, and it is such a good bonding session, even my husband joined us and we tend to have sort of a contest on who can come up with the nicest sculpture.

Introducing you, to Mia, one of my daughter’s creation. My daughter likes to name her creations. It is just a habit that she has. She also named most of her plush toys. I don’t know where she gets that from. (LOL who am I kidding?) Since this set come with two hinged doors at the right and left side of the table it makes it very easy to the store cans and tools.

Next, it will be a Mini Chef activity with my daughter using the Play-Doh toolkit as a beginner’s guide towards creative free play. I’m taking a back seat to see what wacky dish she can create today, using her imagination and creativity with Play-Doh compound.

The first dish we made together was a colourful cake – yes, we let the colours decide and not the flavour. She insisted to decor it with colourful mini balls. As you can see we mixed colours to make patterned balls. I enjoyed teaching her about how new colours can be created whenever mixed together. Always very happy to see her eyes light up and try her best to mix many more colours just to experiment on the outcome.

Our next dish from our mini chef-of-the-day was ice-cream – and these are not the typical ice-cream colours or flavours that you see in stores. These are my daughter, the chef’s Magical Ice-Cream. A real pleasure seeing her imagination and creativity run wild, mixing up the colours and learning the names of the colours from it!
