Experience at MON CHÉRI Workshop

Assalamualaikum and Olla everyone!

Just like to share with you my experience attending MON CHÉRI workshop. Have you heard about this brand? I have wrote a couple of review on MON CHÉRI product before. I like their skincare range a lot. Quite recently, they come up with a full blown range of make up products and to be blunt the only make up product I have tried before is the CC cushion also named as the Petal CC Cover cushion. Which is why I am quite interested to check out the rest.

The seat for the workshop is reserved for those who spend RM350 on MON CHÉRI and for that you will get to attend a make up workshop on top getting goodies worth RM200. The workshop was hosted at their counter in Parkson One Utama and 3 session was conducted at 11am, 2pm and 3pm. I decided to utilise my lunch time and go for it. The perks of having an office that is attached to a shopping mall huh?

What is really like about the brand is their attention to detail when it come it product packaging. You will then  to feel the brain behind the design are a person who are really thoughtful. For intance the lipstick that you see here, it is actually designed for the cover to not fall off when you put it in your purse or make up bag. Thanks to the magnetic closure.  Talking about the lipstick, they launched 23 colours recently and devided into three catergories. The Mon Cheri Glowing Lipstick which contain shea butter, Vitamin E, plum seed oils and it is available in 17 shades. The next range is called Mon Cheri Matte Lipstick also contain moisturizing ingridients as the glowing sisters and this matte lipstick are available in 5 sweet shades that are suitable from day to night wear. The last collection is the most special lipstick. It is called the Mon Cheri Chameleon Lipbalm. True to its name of being chameleon, it changes colour based on your skin temperature. All of the lipsticks retailing at RM75 per stick. I really like the colour pay off and the packaging. With floral design and the gold detailing make it very cute to be on my vanity table. Not to mention, it would be a good present too!

The star of the day is Ivy (for being a model) and of cause Stephen Sunny for conducting the make up class. He is a very renowned make up artist and have the experience working with so many international and local celebrities.  Love his chirpy energy!

He did share his experience using product from Mon Cheri on top of giving us lots of make up tips. I also learned about the importance to “treat” our skin. Thanks for such a entertaining and lively learning experience at the workshop.

Taa daaa.. This is the elegance look that was created. The lipstick used on Ivy is called the Vampire Kiss. You can always dropby at their counter to have swatch of this or the rest of the colours available.

Owh ya, Mon Cheri also come up with foundation, concealer, compact powder, loose powder, blusher, eye shadow palette, mascara and water proof eyeliner. My utlimate favourite would be the matte lipstick and the blusher. I forgot to snap the picture of the blusher. It is sooooo cantik!! Like seriously. They come in two colours which is Pink Marble and Orange Peach. Each costing RM80 and for the quality, the amount of product and the beautiful packaging it is totally worthy. My heart beat faster.. dup dap dup dap when I saw the blusher. Maybe I’ll go and grab it soon… hehehehe

That’s it for now. Overall, I had fun attending the workshop and would totally suggest for you to join if they host any in the near future. I mean what not to love, you get to mingle with like minded people, get to learn tips, get to be surrounded with beauty products. Yeay!!
