U.S. Potatoes Dreamy Goodness by Illy Arifin

Assalamualaikum and Olla Everyone!

So, I joined a contest and was given three types of US Potatoes (U.S Russets U.S Red Potatoes, U.S Purple Potatoes). The task is to came up with a ‘Healthy and Fit’ cuisince in conjuction of “U.S. Potatoes Goodness Fiesta”. I scratched my head for many days hahahaha… So nervous lah, it have been awhile since I joined any cooking contest. Talked to my husband and also asked from inputs from friends. That is when I come up with a dessert that I named as U.S. Potatoes Dreamy Goodness. I will share the recipe in this post in a bit. However, coming up with a meal is not the only task. My dish need to get as much vote in order to qualify as winner.

U.S. Potatoes Dreamy Goodness by Illy Arifin

Ingredients:
U.S. Purple Potato (1 unit)
Soy Milk (2 cups)
Manuka Honey (2 teaspoons)
Water (3 cups)
Yellow Raisins

Blueberries

Preparation Methods:
1. Put water on a stove, then put in 2 teaspoons of Manuka Honey.
2. Let the water boil. Then put in the U.S. Purple Potato.
3. Once the U.S. Purple Potato is cooked, drain the water and let it cool off.
4. Cut it into cubes or any shape that you like.
5. Heat up the Soy Milk.
6. Place a warm soy milk into the dessert cup, then start putting in blueberries, raisins, and the U.S. Purple Potato cubes.
7. Ready to serve! Enjoy a warm hearty dessert.
